Looking forward to the next chapter of training for CompTIA A+...

Overall, the course provided a solid introduction to ITIL and its core principles. The structured environment was helpful for understanding the material, though I feel that the short two-week duration didn't allow for enough time to fully absorb and apply everything. More time for practical exercises, real-world examples, and discussions would enhance the learning experience. Despite this, I feel well-equipped to begin implementing what I've learned and look forward to continuing my ITIL journey in the future.

Good course but material could be cover in a shorter amount of time.

Overall, I am happy with my experience in this course and what I learned from it. I feel well equipped with knowledge I need to apply to jobs regarding itil. I am excited and ready to learn the other course in this program and expand my knowledge.
