Most questions on the short quizzes and assessments did not match with the sample papers, exercises, and take the challenge exams. The questions on the short quizzes and assessments were totally different from the ones i've seen on the sample papers and take the challenge which made me unfamiliar with the questions on the actual test.
Course is informative and quite useful. But oftentimes reduntant.
Very please with this course but I do think it should be 1 week longer
Overall it has given me an understanding of ITIL as a whole that I can use in my future IT career.
