idk if im cert qualified but if i pass i would change all my stars to 5 and believe me im one of those people that paid extra attention, studied and participated during our course
Overall, the class is fine, but I wish I could take it earlier in the day when I'm more alert.
This Course is useful in its own way I see why its part of The IT Cerifications
Instructor was amazing and hope to have him for future classes!
ITIL is based on theory and therefore i didn't have too much interest in theory. However thanks to the instructor led learning and his teaching method he made it easier for me to soak up the information needed to pass my test rather than focus on things that aren't as important in the learning material. All the learning material is important however it is like a fire hose of info and with this class thanks to the instructor I was able to soak up the content.
Well-structured class, look forwards to the next ones.

Due to holidays classes were held on Saturday. This was not brought to my attention during the enrolment period. I was forced to change plans that were developed months ago. Even Universities do not force classes on none class days due to holidays. The program needs to extend it's days out to plan for such holidays. This alone will convince me to not recommend friends or family to use this program.
