Rich, our ITIL Foundations Instructor, held a phenomenal course that allowed us to learn ITIL in the most proficient way. I am very grateful to have learned from him and appreciated the personal experiences shared that allowed us, students, to see everything from a different perspective.
I really enjoy the class. I would highly recommend this class for anyone pursuing a career in IT.
Excellent course. ITIL 4 Foundation has completely opened my eyes in the idea that IT is not just computers and the geek squad - it directly affects the success of a business and it's people. We're not just there to click a mouse and type up TPS reports, we're there also to propel the business forward and to be a valuable asset in it's operation.
i was not able to take end course exam it was in progress but locked i was ready to take the test and move on to next course but was stopped in my tracks this was very upsetting especially the fact that I took the test three and failed by one point whi which was the last result. That's why I had to reset the class, but the first two times. Glitched. And I had to retake him again. I'm pretty sure I passed, but with this glitch. Again, very upsetting and irritating. There is a very high possibility I passed but had to reset. This class because. Of errors on your end. And I'm still having them. I would really love for someone to please reach out to me if they can so I can discuss this in a little further. If need be.
Very impressed with the class and gave a broader look into IT as a business.
