Course is informative and quite useful. But oftentimes reduntant.
Very please with this course but I do think it should be 1 week longer
I am feeling no connection to this subject matter and what is being taught.
His lessons were engaging, useful, and he was very patient with everyone in class always encouraging his students to try and gave real world examples. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in learning ITIL. I would also like if he taught other course and was with with thought-out the coming weeks.
I recommend adding more sample paper quizzes and having them accessible for the students to practice outside of school hours.
Besides my efforts and willingness to learn, Instructor Dave is great!
