I'm very confident in the ITIL process and will achieve enormous success with the information attained.
Again, would recommend this course to other veterans and especially if Mr. Dave is giving the course. Very well knowledge on the material and made learning in class fun and entertaining. It was not death by PowerPoint.
During this course I learned that there is more to the IT industry than just working on computers and loading software.
Good Intro. I just wish there was a book print out to take notes on.
