The instructor worked with what he was given and went out of his way to create material that aided the learning process. I felt this particular instructor went above and beyond to make himself available and find ways to answer our questions thoughtfully.

This is a useful course for the context of IT management. It helped me understand the nature of IT service organizations

I feel like I've said what I need to say, make the verbiage more simple. it doesn't need to be so wordy

Need better mics, built in laptop mics are NOT good enough.

I need to study the foundation a little deeper. The way they word these questions can really mess you up.

It was an interesting subject. Not exciting, but interesting. I appreciated Mr. Hughes break it down.

Mr. Brown taught the class in an informative, and relaxed format. He encouraged discussion, but always kept us on point, and made us look forward to the advanced classes. Solid instructor.

good class to take generally. For managers with 5+ years exp. not for every day tech support peons.

This was an intense course, but with the instructor's help and guidance, the course was understood. The exams seem designed to link multiple choice answers to their corresponding questions. I can memorize this type of format, but I may be missing the overall view of the course. Maybe asking open questions to individual students to see if the class is getting the overall concepts could be beneficial.
