Great learning environment, and great presentation.
I had an awesome experience in the ITIL4 Foundation course. I learned plenty of stuff.
great course!. I do believe that the actual course certification exam should be open book, because in a real environment, people read policies, conduct research before giving an answer. Closed book exams don't give a person an understanding of the knowledge they learned, it only tells them to remember a key word to get the right answer. Open books allows them to research, understand and apply it.
Really great Instructor. Extremely knowledgeable and an asset to ACI.
