A really great session. Genuinely haven’t come across such an engaging and lovely trainer like Ben. He managed to keep us all engaged throughout the whole day and it really was so informative and I will definitely take away a lot from today’s session into practice, it’s given me confidence on how to approach challenging situations and to always think why. Really interactive. Felt that I learn loads about human behaviour and the causes of this. Very impactful on how to communicate and understand patient experience and how we can best support them within practice when they are distressed

Ben was a brilliant trainer, very engaging and informative, helped it feel like a not so long day. The course itself was educational and helped give reasoning and insight in why we should be working the way we do. I found it was applicable to my role, even though I’m a ward clerk I still deal with a lot of challenging behaviours mainly from relatives, and it has helped me understand why they may act that way.
