Jack Lucas-Knight was a great facilitator. He was very enthusiastic and engaging. He was able to give excellent examples and it was evident that he knew his topic. A most enjoyable course and I will be recommending that all my team attend this course as it was very useful. Thanks Jack

The training was interactive and enlightening. I was not aware that certain terminologies are currently termed offensive until I attended today’s Positive Behavior Support Training.
