The training was interactive, informative & able to identify different aspects of behaviour changes.

Engaging from start to finish, which is particularly difficult on a Monday morning. All NHS staff should attend this course as all need to be aware how their approaches can help or worsen events. I was having a difficult day, but the interesting content & engaging tutor Ben took my mind of it as I was fully engaged. Thank you
