Very informative session. Made me think about how I have been interacting with my patients and colleagues and what I can do better to make the hospital experience better.

The course was very informative and Ben the Trainor was well friendly, educated and engaging. He did a great job at building rapport with the room and used anecdotes and stories to keep the day interesting. I think the test at the end was easy because Ben did a great job at explaining everything.

Ben was friendly and concerning, helped me to understand daily challenges in a new way, I understand I can resolve challenges in a better and approachable way. This class helped me to be more friendly and understanding person
