Very helpful and engaging tutor which makes the learning process much easier and enjoyable. Teaches us and then allows us to practice so us as learners are always involved and focussed on the training. Daphne is also very approachable which makes it easier to ask questions throughout the session. This session was very useful and taught me things about using Teams that i wasnt previously aware of despite using the application for several years.

Good session, I think there could be more practical advice on leveraging EI as a skill to do things better both professionally and personally.

It was an interactive session and it was fair for everyone to have a chance to share their screen to demonstrate how we're all getting on with co-pilot. It was good. I've learnt a lot.

Very good session with lots of participation facilitated, and we had good discussions. I'll have several points to take away. It would be great to have the slides in advance as standard, attached to the meeting link.

It was good to have a short, and purposeful session. I picked up some very useful tips. The pace was good. I will need to practice outside of my meetings to get the hang of things. It was a little confusing not being able to practice in a live meeting, and having the training delivered in Zoom but learning about Teams. We could practice on our own Teams up to a point, and not sure how one could get over that aside from in-person training. The screen was better once the screen was adjusted from dark to light - thank you for doing this.

Jo and Brendan knowledge is powerful
