Course is great. But finding what I need feels more of a challenge than it should be. Hopefully it’s a glitch and will be sorted.

Learning something for the first time can be daunting, but not when you’re in the Happy office. From the second you walk in, you’re greeted by a beautiful setting and friendly Simona, who immediately puts you at ease with her warm and welcoming nature. The atmosphere is calm, professional, and genuinely uplifting. The overall learning experience was a perfect balance of trying things yourself, learning alongside a colleague, and collaborating as a group. Watching demonstrations and then having the chance to interactively try it yourself really helped build confidence. The structure of the session was thoughtful and engaging, and it never once felt overwhelming. I felt Ebi truly took into consideration every learning style. She was especially mindful that I wasn’t feeling my best yesterday, which I really appreciated. Her attentiveness, encouragement, and positive energy made a huge difference. Formulas usually intimidate me, but she explained everything so clearly and in such a simple, relatable way. She was incredibly patient, even when she had to repeat herself a few times, and never made anyone feel rushed or unsure. Ebi’s passion for what she does really shines through, and it creates such a motivating environment to learn in. I left feeling more confident, supported, and genuinely excited about what I had learned. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to learn in a supportive, professional, and inspiring space.

Really enjoyed the session, it was well paced, engaging and very informative. The facilitator showed genuine interest in our work as well as providing general techniques we can apply.

This course has been really helpful in improving my understanding of Excel. There was a mix of levels of people's existing knowledge base/capacity and Ebe handled this well, involving us all. I valued the way she paired us up and made sure we led on the working out

Jo pitched the training in the right way for Lebara, really took on board our feedback on the dos and don'ts and incorporated our values and for this group MBTI to meet our needs. Had attend a previous course with Jo, and she has a really nice training style, which i think has landed well with her Lebara audience. I coach people already and have completed coaching courses and qualifications but i still learnt and have taken away lots and it was great to hear other participants saying the same thing.

I was very happy with the course, it was very clear easy to understand, and would highly recommend to anyone. I wish I had done the course years ago.
