Very engaging and informative session.

Found the attached worksheet enabled me to mirror the instructors online training and really helped . Pace was something I could follow and instructor helpful to take time out to talk to me if i needed.

The trainer always took the time to ensure I/We understood what we were doing. At first I found this session a little fast for me but Gill was very patient with me.

I found the training very informative. It did take me out of my comfort zone on occasions but it was nice to work with colleagues that you don't normally see on a daily basis.

It would have been okay if the access to the pre work activities are easy to navigate through as it was complex to locate some of the pre work activities. The course was interactive and engaging as everyone had opportunity to participate in one way or other. I think there should be a form of certificate of completion of NHS EFCCL Leadership course.
