Overall the session was very well run with the teacher making sure that everyone participated and felt engaged. She welcomed questions and made sure that we understood the content at hand.

I was dreading this course as I struggle with keeping up on courses usually but Ebe was really patient and also kept checking and helping me to see if I was up to speed. We actually had a lot of fun and laughs - which was unexpected. I would say this whole day far exceeded my expectations and my confidence and understanding in using Excel has now massively increased. Thank you Ebe!

Adele was an excellent facilitator, very personable and interested in our projects and asked brilliant probing questions which in turn made me reflect on the project. Adele was very patient with questions and was keen to bring the whole group with her. I liked how when people had missed sections due to work commitments that she expertly updated them in a really short period of time and made us aware of where we could access the resources.

Great training day, really interactive and a good pace to allow everyone to learn.
