Great course, lots to take away and try

I have really enjoyed the course. Some of the topics were new to me and some were just labels for what I do already. I took new ideas from each session to work into my daily practice. I would recommend this course to all managers - new and experienced.

I found the training very useful and engaging. It offered a wide range of practical techniques that I can apply directly to my role.
