this session was very useful and practical. it helped me better understand the importance of listening, coaching, andone-to-one conversations in management. i also learned the benefits of regular one-to-ones, as well as the risks of not having them, and how these can improve team performance and communication.

I think it has been a great session on self reflection and how to engage with others to get the best out of them.

Today’s session was very useful and practical. I learned how effective feedback should combine coaching, positive intention, and clear communication, and how delegation should be matched to a person’s competence and motivation. The session helped me reflect on my own management style and showed me how to support staff better through listening, feedback, and follow-up.

Good intro course, could have had a bit more time to go through certain aspects in more detail - a couple bits that were mentioned in intro were not covered due to time for example.

I found the workshop extremely helpful and engaging. It was great to come away with the work that we had done and also hand outs to read through so I didn't feel like i needed to spend the session taking notes but could fully concerntrate.

Course is always well pitched and flexible to match the knowledge and level of the student.

The training provision system and the trainer facilitation way is very fantastic, the participation of participants also very good. May be I suggest that the over all training document slightly has some brief notes it will more smart for further understanding for reading.

I found the training session very helpful, learnt a lot. Gill was a great tutor.
