It was good. I am not very good at self-reflection so am finding the follow-up work tricky to conceptualise. I liked Janet's style of training and clarity.

I really enjoyed the course. The facilitator adapted to it being a 1:1 course and responded well to my needs, ensuring that the course content was covered, while sequencing to match my questions and existing level of competency. I would thoroughly recommend to colleagues.
