This course was really useful. There were so many new things I learned but also quite a few that I knew somewhere in the back of my mind but it was good to hear why we should practice them more. The tools are relevant for not only managers but also in day to day work.

At some times it was a little quick but otherwise very enjoyable. I will be able to bring the soft skills in to my daily life and have positive conversations with people around me

I am so happy with this training because I learnt how to do different tasks and then given questions given about the same topic/giving me opportunity to practice what I have learnt/understood.

I really enjoyed the introduction to project management course. I think the structure was very clear to follow and the resources/materials were very useful. Rachael was great at helping us relate our own projects and work loads (which were varied as a group), and how we can use the same underlying principles and apply them to our projects. I thought the stakeholder mapping exercise was really useful and it helped me have a different perspective on who our stakeholders are and how they can be impacted by the projects.

This was a great course. It was good that there was only a small group of trainees, enabling plenty of individual attention and also friendly interaction. Daphne explained everything extremely lucidly and (unlike so many trainers) didn't rush ahead with the trainees quickest on the uptake, leaving the plodders like me wallowing; she kept an eye on us all, and brought the plodders with her. Daphne also had an insight into what dinosaurs like me find difficult, and knew what I meant even when I found difficulty explaining it, which is a great gift in a trainer and a massive and very reassuring help to the trainee.
