Another super helpful session with a good balance of reflection and practical skills to try out.

The course is well structured to approach leadership skills in smaller sections. I find it hard to join the pieces up in "real life" from previous sections - but that is due to pressure of work not the course. It would be great to have a timetable on the website outlining the running times so if we are squeezing things around the breaks (comfort breaks, feeding children, calling people back) we can plan ahead without breaking concentration in the sessions

Selina was a fantastic facilitator, she was so engaging and really pulled everyone together to create lovely discussions. Her pace kept us actively thinking about the topics and ensured we stayed focused and engaged throughout the day. I found the training really beneficial and will definitely take on what we have learnt today.

I found the overall course extremely helpful. It delved deeply in what it means to be an effective leader. As an outcome I am much more self aware and also aware of those around me. I think I will always remember psychological safety as being essential!

Another great course, really enjoy how they work at the pace of the attendees and dont just go through a set pattern of training , adding in additional items to ensure we get as much as possible from the session.

Great course with great tutor, worked at a pace that suited all delegates and adapted learning to concentrate on the areas we needed more support, working quickly though the areas that we had already both covered.

Great course, probably only scratched the surface of what we can do in Excel but Darren was a great trainer and explained thoroughly what we went through

I am very new to project management and working in an organisation back of house (non operational role, first full time job) My role is not inherently project management based but I have touched upon things in my role that I needed to be trained more on and that happened today. I couldn’t give so many examples or relate to my lived experience of participating to project management.
