Thought this was a really effective training session.

Gill was very clear in her explanations and showed great patience in going over points again when someone needed further clarification.

Paul is a great facilitator, he created a comfortable space for all of us to share equally, remembering names and responding sincerely. He was a kind listener to all our concerns allowing us to learn from our conversations and the trainings. Thank you!

Paul set objectives with me at the beginning of the session and checked back in on them, offered opportunities to reflect and encouraged me to find my own solutions with support. It felt tailored to my needs and has given me some helpful strategies.

I was really pleasantly surprised by the course. I thought it would be much more confusing and difficult but Darren was a great instructor who was incredibly patient and even managed to make Excel fun!

The course was useful, thanks for the opportunity. The content was slightly rushed because it was only one day. However, since there is so much to learn, this is understandable.
