The session was very much interactive, though we felt like the time wasn't enough. While it seemed a bit of a rush, the quality of the delivery and the substance made up for it.

Great AI intro course and practical exercises

I thought Jo was absolutely excellent. She created a friendly environment and encouraged us to talk things through properly with my fellow coaches. I thought I might struggle a bit (although I am not shy) but I found myself opening up easily and listening to people's issues. The effect of listening helps you formulate solutions, so you can coach/lead your team in that direction without actually telling them what to do. I am so pleased I attended the course

I thought the course was great. I really enjoyed it. Facilitator was great - involved everyone but not in an intrusive way. I don't usually like to actively participate but today found myself contributing. It was a really useful course which I will recommend to others in my workplace and which I hope to take part in another follow-on session.

It was a bespoke course and I am very happy with the session. The trainer was very knowledgeable and went out of there was to help me.

Very insightful and informative. Learnt a lot more about AI - how to have fun with it as well as further uses within the workplace. The course was just the right length of time with plenty of activities and opportunities to engage and ask questions.

Really good, got me to think about how I work and how to both improve and cope.
