I enjoyed the course and I have learnt alot, I thought it was going to be boring but I was pleasantly surprised. The teacher was excellent.

Serena was a great tutor, really clear, good pace, great exercises and recapping often. Happy venue has a great, calm, welcoming vibe and lovely food! Ice creams a great addition.

Having completed an emerging manager course, this day helped to expand on the coaching practice and decipher between mentoring and coaching. The practical exercises allowed us to put learnings into practice which I always find useful. It helped everyone was open and friendly.
