Working with Rachael has been incredibly helpful. I’ve learned so much and our conversations have really helped me gain clarity on how I want to deliver remote learning. The tools and tips that I have taken away from the sessions are great and I can't wait to put them into practice.
The course exceeded my expectations and covered a range of highly useful topics. I particularly appreciated the clear explanation of the formula terminology, which can often feel intimidating. As a result, I now have a much better understanding of what is required and how to troubleshoot or validate formulas when I'm unsure. It was also reassuring to learn that, in many cases, the explanation/ help I need is already available within the tool. Sal was an excellent facilitator, engaging throughout and ensuring everyone progressed at a comfortable pace. She created an enjoyable learning environment, encouraged participation, and explained concepts clearly. She was brilliant.

Excellent training by Gill. I thoroughly enjoyed the course. In 90 minutes, I have learnt several things that will certainly make managing my workload simpler as well increasing my confidence in using Excel!
Overall, I thought it was an excellent training session that was both engaging and informative. The trainer, Gill, was extremely enthusiastic and ensured we were confident with each section before moving on. I would definitely recommend this training to colleagues who are looking to improve or refresh their Excel skills.
