Very inciteful. Lots to reflect on.

I felt this project workshop came too soon in the course for me, I don't feel like I've got to grips with the course itself, the evidencing and OTJ hours, and so having a workshop about the project at this point, felt overwhelming and a bit of an information overload - particularly because I have no idea about a project yet. Not knowing what project I'll do also made the tasks more difficult to complete alone, as when I'm unsure/stuck I benefit from more collaborative/group work to get some inspiration from others and their projects/thoughts.

I had hoped the session would be a step by step approach with some clear explanations about the functions of Teams and how best to use them. Unfortunately, I found the session deviated from its objectives and lost a sense of structure. I did not find attendees sharing their screens particularly helpful and it was time-consuming. I would have preferred the facilitators to have been doing the sharing and going through steps in a more organised way.

Fantastic short course, difficult to go through all the functions Outlook has but definitively has open a taste for more courses on this subject
