Not sure how but feels like a long time to be sat at a computer but i also know this is the most efficient way of delivering training so not sure anything can be done

Really well facilitated, especially keeping up energy on a long day of training. Great to actually try out the different techniques to understand them better.

Excellent trainer who made everyone welcome and relaxed, so in a good space to learn and contribute. Really practical tips and tools shared that we can implement in our work straight away. Obviously an experienced trainer and gave extra pieces of knowledge and insight and shared lots of resources.

Really enjoyed the course and think it's given me what I need to do a better job of p.m within my role

Darren was very helpful and patient. I enjoyed he course but was exhausted by the end. I am glad that I attended it.
