Overall a good trainer and learnt some new things. I do however think it was more aimed at managers situations at times.
Such a wonderful experience today. A good pace, great teaching as it mixes the learning styles ..talking it through, making mistakes, repeat practice. Was a great learning experience

I love the fact the facilitator kept asking practicing and made us work together, teach and remind each other !!! Reading the manual and following the facilitator was very helpful.
The facilitator was amazing at making sure she worked with everyone’s pace. She made sure content was understood and we were able to redo everything we learned. Really felt confident and enjoyed the session.
