Interesting, engaging, excellent trainer, very knowledgeable, lots to take away, really encourages to think outside the box to negotiate deals with clients, will absolutely help moving forward with not just negotiation skills but also people skills in general. Thank you very much for your time and training, much appreciated.

I thoroughly enjoyed the course and found it genuinely valuable. There were lots of practical takeaways that I’ll be able to share with colleagues across our teams. I particularly appreciated the clear examples and the ‘nuggets’ shared around re‑phrasing and reframing language, these really stood out and made the learning feel immediately usable in real conversations. It would be great if there were a written set of hints and tips included as part of the course materials, especially around re‑phrasing. Having those examples captured in a handout or summary would help reinforce the learning and support us in putting the techniques into practice back in the workplace. Overall, the session was engaging, insightful, and delivered in a way that made the content easy to apply. Thank you for a really worthwhile course.

I found this course extremely informative and useful with lots of points to take away . The trainer was really informative, professional and engaging. The way the trainer put his own personal spin on things was so helpful and enjoyable. Really good course!

Enjoyed the course and having an opportunity to do this for the first time. Would have liked some more real examples of law cases - perhaps what people have been previously scrutinised for so i don’t write it myself but appreciate this could be very subjective

I liked the quirky examples, and the trainers story's that brought the topic into a new light.

Well worth taking the training to understand better the implications of documenting well or not and the consequences of my notes not being believable due to their inadequacy.

I found this course exceptionally helpful and insightful. A lot of what I have learnt today will be able to be transferred into my clinical practice and record keeping. This was a very helpful session and I really enjoyed it. It was interactive and got you thinking which was good and kept it interesting. Thank you for such a good session.

Certainly learnt a lot from this course, a lot more than I knew before hand. Financial investigation has always been a 'dry' subject for me, but I do feel the trainers broke down my perception. I do now have a far greater grasp of legislation around Money Laundering. The 'smaller' group work helped with this understanding.
