Very enjoyable course, trainer very knowledgeable. Content right, all areas covered in detail.
I thought this was a great course but the delivery by the trainer, Jim, made it excellent. The material was relevent and even in the parts I knew, it was a great refresher. Jim was very good and broke up the learing with real life examples from his career in the police. Overall it was an excellent two days

A thoroughly enjoyable course where Jim took the learner's through the content at a pace to suit them. A lot of interactive exercises through the two days have made the course go very quickly.
