The training was very engaging, I have learnt a lot and it has provided me with more confidence in what to expect and how to prepare . The trainer Liane was very engaging and knowledgeable . Role play and feed back was also very useful.

Further information was very beneficial however given that I'm not involved in funding relevance is not necessarily part of my role and more relevant to social workers, nurse assessors within our area Trainer however was excellent and content was great
I now know the terminology used during MDT and funding processes when it comes to CHC and Section 17 aftercare.
Gained knowledge about 117aftercare and the link to CHC. Also the difference sections in the Mental health act

Patrick was great at engaging and ensuring that we stayed engaged and positive throughout the three days. While I find it difficult to sit and listen for long periods of time it was made easier by Patrick's engaging and enthusiastic style.
Thanks for a really interesting and useful training course. It’s a shame that I missed the first session due to alternative work commitments.
