Very good. Patrick was very knowledgeable and engaging on the subject
very enjoyable and learner centred I liked the interactive nature of it and break out rooms
Thought Max was very engaging and promoting a lot of thought provoking discussion
A really well structured and informative session, tailored specifically to the questions we posed at the beginning. I would definitely like to attend the next refresher session.
John was fantastic with lots of real lived experience
Very easily understandable the material was delivered in a way that was clear and not overwhelming. Using real world scenarios rather than just textbook definitions helped me understand how to apply this to my job.
Enjoyed the course and the break out rooms, trainer was very engaging and knowledgeable
