nice course, difficult subject, thought intros was maybe a little long, given it was an authority, where we can see what peoples roles are already and a knowledge of the area

A good refresher for the similar course that we did before. The importance of treating TPs as individuals and to adapt to each call. Provided an expanded tool box to use in future calls.

The course was very interesting and informative. The Tutor involved everyone in the team, gave examples related to the course in real life and were worth to use as reflection.

Kerry is a lovely trainer, very knowledgeable and approachable so felt comfortable asking questions - even if they felt like silly questions!

This was a very useful course that I really recommend to others who have responsibility for writing reports or witness statements. I understand that the course manual has been updated and it is apparent that there are a few errors which could usefully be corrected, for example with regard to the model expenses report and the way in which exhibits are referred to. Otherwise, a very well delivered and informative course, thank you. These courses particularly benefit from being delivered by experienced practitioners, as the insights and recollections are always very helpful in terms of embedding learning.
