The course content was engaging, filled with interesting facts, examples of experiences, very good presentation

I really enjoyed the course. I am a very old hand manager and have being doing the role since 2004 and I learned so much that I will take away to implement in my day to day role. The trainer was excellent. I really enjoyed the course. The administration however was troubling, we were told different start times so some people joined later than others and that meant we had to rush the training which was a real shame. The overall impact of the training was extremely good despite this.

Good course for someone that hasn't attended any previous change-related training, but otherwise quite basic.

Not what I expected. This was a very beginner level session, I was hoping for a more senior masterclass. Not the trainers fault though. I assume little thought has been given to differing development needs.
