I've learnt quite a lot in this training which will stay with me. It was extremely informative and I am quite glad it was a mandatory course. I will now be able to take this with me in whatever role I go into and stay in.

The pre-course information was good, during the training we led the case studies we wished to explore from our worklife - which the trainer offered and was very supportive. We did cover case examples of legal conditions we hadn't raised.

Francesca was excellent and ran the sessions extremely well. I thoroughly enjoyed the sessions.
