Jon was super knowledgeable and went through the material in detail, ensuring he highlighted which bits we can use in our daily role. I found the tools he showed us really helpful to take forward with us. He also ensured he provided the slides and website links for us to revisit the material.
Excellent course, lots of real life examples which aided the delivery.
