The training was very useful and practical and pitched at the right level.
Really well-run session - Keith kept it engaging with just the right balance of talking and interaction.
a very informative course. handouts were useful for the course and useable for everyday use.
I knew a lot of the areas that we covered but it was great to get confirmation that what I am doing is correct and understand in more detail, other areas that I don't deal with as often. David, Penelope and Mariana were very knowledgeable and it was great to hear examples from David about his case numbers over his years of experience.
Great course, that was well delivered. thank you.
Great course - enjoyed the activities and found it very useful. Made me reflect on the way I work currently and can evolve/improve going forward.
