Steve Tisseyre was the trainer and the course was delivered perfectly to my skill level. I never felt as though a question was stupid and his explanations were understandable even to a quite 'beginner level' He was knowledgeable and enthusiastic throughout and I thoroughly enjoyed the course. It has enthused me to conduct investigative work that in the past I would never have attempted and has given me my own enthusiasm to look further into the subject. Eye opening.

Really good, informative and enjoyable course. Tony delivered brilliantly and I really really enjoy the level of experience he provided through out this helps me to understand processes. He is very knowledgeable. Carrying out the different tasks through out was the best part of my learning process as this helps me - the laptops are a good touch to helping learning practically. Great course that will be very beneficial in my work.

I thought this was a well prepared overview of what was taught to our teams. I also thought the way the course was constructed was excellent, using a breakout session and discussion of findings to loop back to the course goals. The presenter was extremely knowledgeable and took time to answer questions outside of the planned session (VPNs). Very good. Thank you.
