I really enjoyed this course. I thought the content was instructive, informative, thought-provoking and highlighted areas that I need to work on. It was gratifying to find areas where my knowledge was correct but also good to actually learn new skills.

Really enjoyable course and very valuable to my role. Ren is really engaging and keeps the course interesting. Nice balance of break out sessions. The exercise with the statement was really useful and will definitely make me approach statement writing differently
