Refresher training from Bond Solon Course undertaken 2016 - been brought up to date - and although not much has changed - been able to have lots of take aways and reminders of what I should be doing in my role as a PACE interviewer
Jim was a great trainer. He really did bring the course ot life and gave great examples.
Obtained general overview of processes. Informative, and covered relevant areas.
