Excellent mix of presentation, background and caselaw, group discussion and feedback. Helped us focus on the key elements of CHC and how to provide evidence and appropriate challenge to support the process.

The trainer was amazing and very knowledge about the subject. She was very clear and concise and gave a lot of examples with real life experiences. All questions were answered and explained in more detail and the practical part in the end was very interesting and entertaining!

Today has been insightful and useful going forward. Although I have experienced court many times it was good to have some input on the process

I really enjoyed this input. Court can be quite a dry topic but also an intimidating one and Ren put everyones mind at ease with her helpful tips and tricks.

Really enjoyed the course. Very useful and I've taken a lot of the information away with me, ready to apply it in the event I am called to give evidence at court.
