The session was delivered in a way which suited my learning style. It was very informative and great that we had booklets and additional information to refer to. Helen was clearly very knowledgeable in the vulnerable customer area and was really goo that she had used her own experiences and that of her son as examples.

Put the training into practice today when calling a vulnerable customer to assist them, came so much more naturally on how to navigate the call after the training. Signpost resources pages are an excellent idea thank you!

I found this course very interesting it was like having a CBT counselling session. This was very much needed as i've been really vulnerable of late and needed to take steps to take control of my feelings and put everything into perspective. I needed to be reminded how to evaluate what i was going through, how to deal with it and how to move on. This will help moving forward.

Really enjoyed the course. Helen was friendly and put the group at ease which in turn enabled us all to be very open and engage in group chats. Some other courses people quite literally clam up. The essence of the course was very interesting and opened my eyes to my own resilience levels. I gained a lot from it. Thank you so much Michelle Parsons

Helen was very open, approachable, warm and friendly. I felt comfortable from the off to be able to be open and vulnerable with conversation. the activities were engaging and felt relevant to the conversation and topic. It was also good to learn and have a reminder of skills and tips to use within your own personal life. Overall I really enjoyed the sessions and would be very open to learning more or attending any session in the future.

Helen's lovely energy held space for us all, Meaningful conversation's were had with her gentle steering, and her kindness as a person came through. Great sessions, informal, relatable and refreshing to have in a global corporate company! 10 out of 10!

Helen was extremely kind and allowed the whole room to speak freely about topics within the training that widened our eyes to some of the struggles with customer conversations, how best to tackle it etc From a perspective that my unit is different to the majority of participants, Helen made sure that time was allowed for us to present our challenges, and her expertise gave myself and my colleague in our department fresh ideas of how to become more resillient, be a support network to others and engage professionally with empathy. I would thoroughly recommend this training course to all management and staff in ANY sector as I believe her training isnt just customer focused, but well-being focused to deliver better results to customers and clients. Thank you again helen, I really enjoyed our sessions with you!
