Good refresh of content and opportunity to spend time with peers

Great effort on zoom. First course I've attended in this way. I've even learnt some.new functionality.

Course exceeded expectations in terms of actionable content. Call to action to put the real effort in between meetings was made loud and clear.

Having had similar courses previously, I still enjoyed refreshers and picked up some very helpful tips/different approaches to try. I find Acronyms are quick to remember and therefore easier to implement. Good balance between group interaction and dissemination of information

Very interesting. I thought the group was very much a green/blue personality group which I found unusual for my role but i enjoyed the change but it did result in a slightly diffrent dynamic. I have enjoyed reading Jo Owen's -How to Manage and I really liked PROBE which I have used already on a few occassions, it works brilliantly.

Possibly too much squeezed into six hours and thus some areas not fully covered in depth - there was no real chance to deviate from the content I felt.

Had some issues with the zoom as kept dropping out and could only log in via browser so didnt have all the functionality

A well thought out and executed piece of work by two passionate experts. Some genuinely useful takeaways that will have a positive impact immediately (managing conflict and the structure/prep work associated), as well as the framework to improve other aspects over time.
