I think the conversations have been interesting, it felt a bit content heavy in the middle, maybe we could split the 7 steps into two chunks and discuss them half way through to keep it engaging. I do think it's been useful for getting us thinking about the conversation though. Also, the breakout sessions felt like they went much faster than the time that was given to us, I don't know if that's just getting caught up in the chat or whether they were closed early in some cases. Maybe a 2 minute warning could be useful as sometimes people didn't get the chance to speak.

Thought it was a good session, just good to take time out to work on myself, liked the guest speaker and a few of the examples resonated especially the blockers that I put in place myself which perhaps stop me progressing.

Overall a good event. I liked the fact there were two presenters, who could bounce ideas and liven up debate.

The final module brought together the previous modules and built on it. Some aspects like persona I had seen before but this session had a different spin which made me think. Managing conflict was also really useful as conflict is not something comes to me naturally

Partic enjoyed mental health awareness session. Also the persona but I wasn’t plotted on slide so couldn’t see where I came out which was a shame.
