Very enjoyable, giving me lots of topics and new management styles to try and development
The final module brought together the previous modules and built on it. Some aspects like persona I had seen before but this session had a different spin which made me think. Managing conflict was also really useful as conflict is not something comes to me naturally
Partic enjoyed mental health awareness session. Also the persona but I wasn’t plotted on slide so couldn’t see where I came out which was a shame.
This was the third of the three YAAM courses, and this and the previous were really helpful, and I have taken a number of good hints tips and actions away
A challenging session to participate in, more challenging than previous. Likely the fact it felt less comfortable means I was learning more but time (and practice) will tell.
Enjoyed the challenging coach/coachee game. Some questions/exercises challenged the participants throughout which kept it interesting
Really helpful course. Concepts and models were explained in simple terms and cemented with exercises which helped with understanding

Overall a good course that acted as a good refresher, however a lot of the material we have covered previously in LBG. I feel that some elements needed longer to embed - a lot was covered in each 6 hour session and it is difficult to stay focused for this long - smaller, 3 hour sessions would have been better, allowing us to go away to embed what we had covered before moving onto the next session.
