I think it is difficult to get a balance between the pace and the covering content, covering theory and allowing discussion and how we can apply the theory into the workplace. I think we wouldn't mind a longer day to ensure we have time to discuss.
Content very good and well presented. Need more time between sessions to embed change. Thanks to John and Charlotte for your energy and commitment to us.
Overall a good course that acted as a good refresher, however a lot of the material we have covered previously in LBG. I feel that some elements needed longer to embed - a lot was covered in each 6 hour session and it is difficult to stay focused for this long - smaller, 3 hour sessions would have been better, allowing us to go away to embed what we had covered before moving onto the next session.
I’m only in a position to comment on the 2nd session. Got lots of value out of the session as it’s forced me to rethink how I distribute my time with stakeholders.

Really enjoyed the topic on Organisational politics and the content covered today. Also found the breakout/coaching sessions very beneficial.

As per the previous modules, worked really well on Teams. I would personally have preferred a bigger gap between modules to allow for more time to embed the learns. But overall really helpful - thanks so much! Lots of great content I can utilise in my day to day role!
