AI summary of reviews

Trainers who understand attendees’ business contexts make this provider’s sessions feel credible, relevant and easy to apply. Reviewers consistently value the energetic, knowledgeable facilitation, clear structure and safe, collaborative discussions that combine useful frameworks with practice, reflection, role play and peer experience. They leave with tangible tools, clearer priorities and actions they can use in client and team situations. Some feel programmes could be shorter or more tailored to differing experience levels.

As discussed with Anne in detail, I feel improvements can be made to pacing in order to ensure we have time to deep-dive into the learning and apply it to our own personal situations. I've suggested more break-out sessions etc to allow the participants to engage with the material so that the learning embeds. A couple of the afternoon sessions felt like a "download" rather than a conversation. I really appreciate Anne taking the time to call me and I'm very much looking forward to the rest of the programme.

Brilliant and insightful as always from the Abstract guys. What I always find impressive is their ability to provide a common sense approach with examples we can use in our day to day careers. Also the commitment planner and pace group is a great yeah simple way to ensure we are applying these techniques and call out where members of our ELF group are perhaps not.

- I thought the format worked really well, despite Zoom - having the break in the middle really helped. - I also really liked the Zoom break out rooms, I've never used those before. In terms of constructive feedback: - I thought some of the content was a bit dated, like the old lady perspective, the 'fs' in the statement. - Perhaps there could be more around the psychology of confidence, who does it well, and what is it about them? - I think 'Chav' is a fairly derogatory term for people from the working class, I wondered if an updated example might be worthwhile. I thought it was a really good day, and I look forward to the next.
