Very thought provoking content allowing me the time to put myself first

The course was good overall however more time is needed to really get into some of the detail, understanding our own visions and purpose and helping us on that journey somewhat more in a coaching sense would be great

I enjoyed the first module and it allowed me to identify some key takeaways which I will be focusing on ahead of the second session.

Really enjoyed this course. I felt the first quarter, talking about personality traits and types, was very interesting but I struggled to fully understand the relevance to the broader subject until later in the second day - perhaps more a comment on my mindset than the course, but I think it would be good to highlight how this joins up earlier. The course was delivered really well, I thought the format over Zoom was excellent and the breakouts worked really smoothly.

Overall a good course, felt much more real when we used examples or case studies as struggled a bit with just theory of the models. Again the guest speaker was very good.
