Really enjoyed the course - more questions than answers which is ideal. Asking questions of ourselves to find our own answers is much more useful that trying to prescribe a one size fits all.

Good mix of experience really helps the team breakouts, although makes the sessions detail more in-depth for all, however, this replaying great content has allowed a very welcomed refresher and downtime to reflect on what need to improve personally.

I think it could be a difficult course for someone with no managerial experience. Personally I am at the very start of a potential managerial journey. Nevertheless i enjoyed the presentations, material and break out sessions, all of which i found interesting and (being new to any managerial / supervisory role) educational I believe we should have had the commitment planner circulated beforehand and gather that might have been the intention? But not sure.
