Enjoyed the course overall, found it very interesting and useful. Good pace and right amount of breaks. At times I felt people were put on the spot or made to feel slightly guilty for not contributing, but fully understand why that is done as you need people to get involved. Maybe go a bit softer next time. Guest speaker wasn't very useful.
My only note would be that the exercise at the end was a tad unclear in terms of our strengths/do well - fitting into the 7 steps. Like getting them to fit within those brackets. Other than that, super relatable presenters that I enjoyed listening to.
Overall the course was very motivational and left me with concepts/ideas that I can ponder and work on afterwards to build my personal branding. Appreciate that the trainers Clay & Lou were very encouraging - thank you.
Insightful, allows me time to reflect on what's important and understand my purpose
