Great course, raised lots of questions to take away and self reflect and apply going forward very good facilitators
Good mix of experience really helps the team breakouts, although makes the sessions detail more in-depth for all, however, this replaying great content has allowed a very welcomed refresher and downtime to reflect on what need to improve personally.
This course has really made me look at myself personally and professionally. I am really looking forward to the next sessions.
I think it could be a difficult course for someone with no managerial experience. Personally I am at the very start of a potential managerial journey. Nevertheless i enjoyed the presentations, material and break out sessions, all of which i found interesting and (being new to any managerial / supervisory role) educational I believe we should have had the commitment planner circulated beforehand and gather that might have been the intention? But not sure.
Very relevant and useful session on being intentional about setting my personal brand which I don't often think about myself.
This module is very useful and reminds me that just putting your head down and doing your work is not enough to progress in my career. Definitely some development points from hereon!
Overall I've found the course really thought provoking. It' s given me lots of tangible things to work on and new ideas to implement going forward.
I found today's session really interesting in understanding what I would have to offer in a board role, and how to begin planning to achieve one. It has always been a long-term goal, yet after today I understand it can be a prospect to help further my career in the shorter term. The Accelerate course as a whole has been very powerful for me. The various tools and tips to help everyday decision making, planning etc are really useful. But more importantly it has notably helped my confidence in recognising what I have to offer and how I can utilise my skills and knowledge to best effect. Learning about and understanding different personality types and how to influence each is something I will certainly use and benefit from for the rest of my professional and personal life. I look forward to implementing all I've learned and excited for the future!
