These courses allow me to sit back and look at where I am and where I want to be, and also to realise how many preconceived ideas I have built up over my working life.

Really useful course as all these are. Gives time to really think about what you need and where you need to go. Previous courses have provide a fundamental shift in my thinking and this one feels the same Amanda Young was totally inspiring too

I think we needed a little more time in some areas and one or more breakouts would be have been beneficial

Overall really interesting course, really upbeat presenters, however think there was alot of content for 2, 2 hour sessions, think it would be better to have two have day sessions with a break in between. Really liked having a guest speaker, broke up the session nicely.
