Brilliant course which has really pushed me to focus on my goals and how to achieve them. Lou and Anne brought great energy to the sessions - especially as the training was provided over Zoom.

Great to take the time and reflect on areas I’ve made progress in, and also help me focus on areas I need to develop in. Anne and Lou help you to believe in yourself and it was great to see how many ladies have changed roles and succeeded in the next stage of their careers.
Really useful session to reflect on how much progress has been made. I recognise the areas where I have made progress and the areas that need further development, which has provided me with a new motivation to really take action. The facilitators have been wonderful and really care about making a difference, so a big thank you!
I was sceptical about taking so much time out of the work to attend this course. What it has given me is time to think, reflect and focus on what can make me a better person and an even better employee. Many of the ideas are phrased in a way to give that much needed encouragement and confidence to take action.
Very well organised, very smooth running of the course with breakout rooms etc. Amazing group and learnt a lot from others, facilitators are brilliant at providing the open and safe forum to speak. The programme really grew over each session and was brilliant. Both Lou and Anne are energetic, approachable and passionate about their subjects. This course has made a huge difference to the way i think about my career, providing me a real focus and practical steps on how to do this. It really forced me to challenge myself on what i want in my next career move and came at a great time.

The course actually highlighted some of my blind spots and brought more awareness to me. Overall quite positive about the course. Might be hard to change the organization because everyone’s agenda are different.
