I thought it was very engaging, especially given it was run over Zoom. Content was concise and easy to digest during the training. Both presenters created a good environment for discussion. Overall I found extremely helpful and certainly took quite a bit personally from the training.

Good course. May be more interaction from the facilitator in the side sessions. They could drop into a groups more often.

Really insightful course which introduced helpful methods to use in order to connect with different personality types and when managing conflicts. The presenters delivered the material in an engaging and interesting way despite having to do so remotely.

Really thought provoking and insightful. The course challenges you to understand yourself so you can understand and help others. I hope the 3 - 2- 1 conflict resolution model will help me be more challenging of behaviour and activity during 1:1s and reviews - really interesting.

Lots of progressive and helpful material. My only regret is that I don't have a recording to reflect on in the future but I have my memory, my notes and colleagues in my PACE Pod.

The Mental Health awareness section provided some good suggestions, active conversation and thinking for a topic that needs better understanding and support mechanisms within not just 7IM but in corporate culture. Understanding personas was a helpful reminder to use this tool within the team, and would also be helpful to share this between managers to get better understanding of other teams you interact with more frequently in order to adapt your style efficiently. David & John created an environment within each session that allowed you to be comfortable and open with your thoughts and were agile to respond to questions with realistic suggestions.
